ORDER AND DELIVERY

We currently ship to the following countries in Europe only:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

We offer free ship for the following countries:

Unfortunately, we cannot add anything to an existing order. Please place a new order for the new item.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add contact@tatt2uwatch.com to your safe sender list.
You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.

Please contact our Customer Service as fast as you can (contact@tatt2uwatch.com) indicating your order confirmation number as well as the full name used to place the order.
We will do our best to change or cancel your order if the shipment has not been made.

Once the order is placed and shipment handed over to our preferred shipping provider, you will be notified if any special requirement is needed before the shipping.

Currently, we do offer free delivery for the following European shipping addresses:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

For all other countries, shipping is not complimentary and your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Taxes and Duties may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Tatt2u cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasion custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Please make sure to check your timepiece when you receive it. If your watch is not conforming to your order or if you simply changed your mind, then contact our Customer Service within 30 days after your purchase: (contact@tatt2uwatch.com)

Any unworn product can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. We offer free returns and easy returns for all customers. Please make sure you include your order number along with contacting contact@tatt2uwatch.com to schedule the return. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 5-7 business days.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 10 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.

TATT2U WATCHES

A Tatt2u Watch is water resistant up to 50 meters, which means it will be protected against splashes of water (like rain or any small amount of water due to hand washing for instance).
However, it should not be worn when taking a shower or swimming, as it would also damage the strap if it is made of leather.

A Tatt2u watch has an international warranty of two years from the date of original purchase. It covers defects in the movement, case, glass or strap from an authorized dealer or from our website. Stickers of Tatt2u Watches are not protected by this warranty.
However, if the watch is damaged due to poor care or improper use (accidents, impacts) or due to normal use over time, it will not be covered by warranty.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you’ve purchased from our site or Amazon, the order number will suffice; or you will need to send us a copy of the receipt from an authorized Tatt2u Watches dealer.

As long as your watch is covered by the international warranty, it will be repaired free of charge, in the case of material or craftsmanship defects (see above). Please contact the Customer Service (contact@tatt2uwatch.com) and explain the issue, indicating your full name and order number. Our team will evaluate your request and contact you with all necessary information.

It will depend on how and how often you use your watch. Depending on use, a strap can last several months to several years.

No, we do not sell the stickers separately. You need to purchase the watch to receive the stickers (which are free of charge).
